From bedside and transport monitors to centralized systems, HPM helps clinicians identify at-risk patients and intervene quickly.
We are seeking an experiencedSystem Verification Lead who combinesstrong system-level thinking with hands-on verification expertise and technical leadership. The successful candidate will understand complex system integration points, translate product and system risks into effective verification strategies, and lead a verification team through planning and execution across multiple projects and releases. This is aTechnical Lead role with no direct people-management responsibility, but it requiresstrong ownership, influence, coaching, and cross-functional coordination.
Your role:
This role provides technical leadership for system verification across multiple projects and releases, driving verification strategy, execution, risk management, and test automation toensure high-quality, compliant product delivery. The position coordinates verification planning, mentors team members, resolves technical challenges, oversees verification documentation and Design History File deliverables, and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, quality, security, and regulatory teams. The role also focuses onimproving verification efficiency through automation, AI-driven practices, continuous improvement, and proactive communication of quality, risk, and release readiness metrics.
Automation Expertise:
Strong experience inJava automation usingSelenium.
Hands-on experience withBDD frameworks (development and maintenance).
Proficiency inweb service automation testing (REST/SOAP).
Test Design & Strategy:
Identifies potential system-level risks through system analysis and designs test scenarios to mitigate these risks, contributing to early defect detection and preventing critical issues from reaching later stages of the development process.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability by adjusting test strategiesbased on system complexity and evolving requirements by creating new test cases, modifying existing ones, or prioritizing tests to ensure focus on critical functionalities.
Contributes to increased efficiency by supporting the creation of test automation frameworks for repetitive tasks by identifying suitable automation tools, developing reusable test scripts, and collaborating with colleagues to integrate automation into the overall testing process.
Ability to define and execute test cases forfunctional,performance,reliability, andscalability testing.
Skilled inlog analysis and identifying problem areas to accelerate defect resolution.
Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge ofCI/CD, continuous testing, automation integration, source control, and pipeline practices.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, virtualization, networking, cloud technologies, system integration environments, and laboratory setup.
Experience with log analysis and tools used for requirements, test, and defect management, such as JIRA or ALM.
Reporting & Documentation:
Ability to generatetest reports compliant with quality management systems.
Strong understanding ofdefect management processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
Additional Skills:
Experience withAWS,JMeter,Postgres,AngularJS is a plus.
Familiarity with SAFE Agile methodology.
Exposure to cybersecurity verification, system hardening, authentication and authorization, network security, or secure deployment configurations.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
10-13 years of experience in software or system verification, including test strategy, system integration testing, manual testing, and test automation.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
