Summary: 

The Material Handleris responsible for supporting warehouse, inventory control, and material movement activities that ensure thetimely andaccurate flow of materials throughoutCalyxo's operations. This role supports manufacturing, inventory management, shipping, receiving, andlogistics activities whilemaintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company quality standards. The Material Handler works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing teams to ensure materials are available to support production schedules and customer fulfillment requirements 

InThisRole,YouWill: 

Receiving & Inventory Management 

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring shipments match purchase orders and packing documentation. 

• Accuratelyidentify, label, store, and organize materials within designated warehouse locations. 

• Execute inventory transactions andmaintainaccurate inventory records within company systems. 

• Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits tomaintain inventory accuracy. 

• Assist with inventory reconciliation activities and annual physical inventories. 

Production Support 

• Pick, stage, and issue materials to support production schedules and manufacturing operations. 

• Process material movements, transfers, and returns whilemaintaining traceability and transaction accuracy. 

• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages and inventory discrepancies. 

Shipping & Logistics 

• Process domestic and international customer shipmentsin accordance withCalyxo shipping procedures. 

• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate shipments with carriers and transportation providers. 

• Support material transfers betweenCalyxo locations and off-site warehouse facilities. 

• Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility. 

Warehouse Operations 

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe manner. 

• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety requirements. 

• Ensure adequate levels of cleanroom and operational supplies aremaintained and submit replenishment requests as needed. 

• Assist with warehouse improvements, storage rack assembly, and continuous improvement projects. 

• Supportadditional warehouse, inventory, andlogistics activities as assigned. 

WhoYouWillReportTo: 

• Sr. Director, Supply Chain

Requirements: 

• Education: High school diploma or GED 

• 4+ years experience 

• CA driver’s license and safe driving record 

• Forklift certified 

• Ability to read, write and to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials. 

• Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software. 

• Work location: Pleasanton, CA 

• Work 8 a.m. – 5 pm, and occasional overtime and weekends. 

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations.
