Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs entry-level financial analysis using existing procedures. 
• Performs statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources and supplies to senior analyst for review. 
• Supports budget preparation and financial planning processes as requested. 
• Supports treasury team in providing consultative service to management with decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or a related field

EXPERIENCE

• No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship, project, leadership, or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investments, FP&A, Treasury, or Business Analytics preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis; exposure to financial modeling preferred.
• Exposure to investments, asset management, banking, treasury operations, endowments, pensions, healthcare finance, or corporate finance through coursework, internships, or work experience.
• Interest in building a career in Treasury Operations, Investments, or Corporate Finance.
• Desire to pursue ongoing professional development, including certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CTP.
