Job Summary:
Performs entry-level analysis and reporting regarding financial operations and information with oversight by senior analyst.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs entry-level financial analysis using existing procedures.Â
- Performs statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources and supplies to senior analyst for review.Â
- Supports budget preparation and financial planning processes as requested.Â
- Supports treasury team in providing consultative service to management with decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or a related field
EXPERIENCE
- No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, project, leadership, or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investments, FP&A, Treasury, or Business Analytics preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis; exposure to financial modeling preferred.
- Exposure to investments, asset management, banking, treasury operations, endowments, pensions, healthcare finance, or corporate finance through coursework, internships, or work experience.
- Interest in building a career in Treasury Operations, Investments, or Corporate Finance.
- Desire to pursue ongoing professional development, including certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CTP.
