From the outset, trainees are carefully onboarded and guided by a dedicated buddy. They work in small, collaborative teams alongside associates and partners and contribute to concrete legal work, including research, drafting, and case preparation. The work entrusted to trainees is meaningful and directly linked to ongoing matters, ensuring areal and enriching learning experience.

English is the firm’s working language, and trainees join a diverse team of lawyers from a wide range of legal, cultural, and academic backgrounds.
