IT Operations Advanced Specialist

In this role you will be responsible forsupporting and maintain local MES services: data accuracy, integrity and availability.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Develop and maintainweekly and monthly KPI reports, including downtime analysis, traceability queries, and operational reporting to support manufacturing performance.

• Lead theanalysis, configuration, and support of MES new launches, projects, and system improvements, coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and prioritizeMES incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution and support for manufacturing operations.

• Monitor and maintainMES applications, databases, and servers, including performance indicators, application logs, and system debugging to ensure reliability and availability.

• Ensure compliance withAS4 and AS244 standards within MES systems and provide technical support to division teams while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinInformationSystems,ComputerScience,orrelatedfield,orequivalentprofessionalexperience.

• StrongknowledgeofPL/SQLfundamentals(mandatory)andrelationaldatabaseconcepts,withOracleAdministrationexperienceconsideredaplus.

• Minimum1yearofexperiencesupportingtraceabilitysystemsinamanufacturingenvironment.

• Expertiseintraceabilityapplications,databasemanagement,anddatamanipulationusingDMLcommands.

• Solidunderstandingoflocalnetworkarchitecture,withbasichardwaretroubleshootingandtechnicalsupportskills.
