AsTeam Lead Field Operations, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of telecom sites within your assigned Micro Business Unit (MBU), ensuring contractual obligations, customer complaints, network performance and site profitability targets are effectively managed.

You will work closely with Operations & Maintenance teams, vendors, Sales and other internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and maintain network performance.

What you’ll own

• MonitorMBU performance and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting acrossBSS, Transmission (TXN) and Power systems.
• Monitor2G/3G/4G KPIs, including DCR, CSSR and TCH Blocking, and drive actions to meet targets.
• Conduct regularaudits and quality checks across BSS, TXN and Power domains.
• Coordinate withSales for prompt resolution of customer complaints.
• Follow up with O&M teams and vendors onPreventive and Corrective Maintenance of Telco and Non-Telco elements.
• Assign tasks to teams and ensure timely execution ofoperational and project requirements.
• Coordinate withNOC, RFO, Planning, Logistics, Deployment, Warehouse and other teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Processvendor invoices and ATPs within defined timelines.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for Management.
• Coordinate withOMOs and vendors for issue resolution at infrastructure-sharing sites.

What success looks like

• MBU sites consistently meetnetwork performance and operational targets.
• BSS, TXN and Power issues are identified and resolved within required timelines.
• 2G/3G/4G KPIs remain within agreed targets.
• Customer complaints and cross-functional issues are resolved promptly.
• PM and CM activities are completed effectively across the MBU.
• Vendor, audit, ATP and reporting requirements are completed within timelines.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Bring5+ years of experience in Telecom Operations & Maintenance.
• Hold aBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
• Have strong technical expertise inBSS, Transmission and Power systems and knowledge of2G/3G/4G KPIs.
• Have hands-on experience withEricsson Transmission equipment and exposure toEricsson/ZTE equipment.
• Bring stronganalytical, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Have experience working withcross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Bring acustomer-centric approach to network issue resolution.
• Are comfortable workinground the clock and, when required, on public holidays as an emergency resource.
