Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining brand standards, and supporting the restaurant team. You will play a key role in the efficient and profitable running of the restaurant.

Job Responsibilities

* Supervise and train team members
* Ensure all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed diligently
* Manage cash handling, including register operations, deposits, and safe reconciliation
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment for customers and staff
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally
* Ensure adherence to all Burger King operational standards and company policies
* Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving as needed
* Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures
* Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and any operational issues

Job Qualifications

* Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Food safety certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) is a plus.
