Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shifts, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the restaurant team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
* Ensure all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed consistently.
* Manage cash handling and reconciliation, including opening and closing procedures.
* Oversee inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
* Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality and speed.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
* Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
* Assist with scheduling and task delegation for team members during shifts.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to management promptly.

Job Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
* Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Pay:

$17-$19 per hour
