MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

• Analyses the performance of the store (for example, bestsellers, space allocation, etc.) and makes the necessary adjustments to increase productivity and efficiency  

• Delivers total customer satisfaction via our service model and boosts sales through the customer experience, using advanced sales techniques to achieve results   

• Understanding customer expectations and training your team to always reach or exceed their expectations  

• Guides and provides training to all team membersin relation to products, NB technologies and seasonal products  

• Assists in co-ordinating rota and scheduling 

• Minimises losses implementing,monitoring, and tracking all procedures of loss prevention  

• Supports the recruitment, induction,training, and development of the store team  

• Key holder for the store and anactive memberon the shop floor and back of housecarrying outretail duties - sales, customer service, stock control 

• Dealing with enquiries andanescalation route for customer complaints  

• Understanding and supporting store operations,policies and procedures via the retail gamechanger  

• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures 

• Perform other duties thatasrequired from the business or Store Manager 

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: 

• Team Player 

• Proven experience in a supervisory position 

• Ability to lead and coach a team 

• Knowledge of retail KPIs 

• Previous experience in retail desirable  

• Demonstrate customer service skills 

• A passion for retail and sales 

• Desire to learn 

• Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes 

• Understanding of POS register systems  

• Effective communication skills

Flexible Work Schedule

North American office-based associates are expected to come into the office on Wednesdays, with other occasional in-office days for in-person meetings and events as needed. Our offices are fully open and amenities are available across our North American office locations.
