Barista / Juice Maker

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

We are looking for experienced and highly-skilled baristas and Juice Makers to join our amazing restaurant teams and show-case their talents. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Espresso pulling, coffee brewing and latte art
• Machine calibration 
• Be able to share your knowledge about coffee roasting with colleagues and guests alike
• Be an adaptable, collaborative team player
• Good knowledge on Press Juices 
• Prepares and serves healthy beverages to the guests

To be considered for this role you will need to have strong communication skills and have experience of at least 2 years working as a Barista and/or bar tender in a busy establishment.
