The Role:
Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives.This posting is specifically for our home in Umina Beach.
Your day-to-day may include:
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
Followingperson-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
Building positive relationships with our clients
What You'll Bring:
We are looking for candidates who embody CPAvalues, areclient-focused in their approach to care, and arepassionate about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. You'll bring:
Acan-do attitude andgrowth mindset — you’re open to learning and ready to make a difference
Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however yourpassion & enthusiasm is key!
NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
Availability across a variety of shift times, including:
Early mornings (6am - 9am)
Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm)
Afternoons & evenings
Awake overnights (10pm-6am)

CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual SupportÂ
Ongoing specialist training and skill developmentÂ
