What You Will Do:

• Master both manual techniques and cutting-edge laboratory instruments to deliver spot-on results that matter.
• Keep your technical skills sharp and your knowledge fresh so you can be the go-to expert in the lab.
• Team up with healthcare providers to deliver the diagnostic information they need, when they need it—because timing is everything in healthcare.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with coursework aligned to Medical Laboratory discipline
  • OR Certification as a BB, C, CG, CT, M, MB
  • OR meets AAB/AMT certification requirements.
• Six months of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform laboratory functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification at the technologist or medical/clinical lab scientist level from a nationally recognized agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT, ASM, AAB, AABB, ACS, or HEW).
