Are you a Banking & Finance Lawyer? We are seeking a Special Counsel, ideally from a top tier firm, keen to join a highly profitable, progressive and growing commercial law firm, based in Sydney.

The firm advises non bank lenders, funds and borrowers on corporate project and structured finance. You will have some experience in acquisition finance, real estate lending and bespoke debt instruments for sophisticated institutional and corporate clients.

The Partners have built a modern practice that combines depth of expertise with a new era of client-focused service. This represents a fundamental reimagining of how sophisticated legal services should be delivered in today's landscape. Blendingadvanced AI systems and an integrated practice-support network, the firm's proprietary technology platform automates routine processes, surfaces critical insights from complex data, and enables real-time collaboration across jurisdictions.
