We’re looking for aSenior Sales Manager to take ownership of a key European region and drive growth within ourPrecision Manufacturing business, specialising inlaser, optics, and advanced photonics solutions.

In this role you will:
- Own and grow astrategic UK, France & Benelux territory
- Work at the forefront ofcutting-edge laser and photonics technologies
- Drive bothnew business and key account expansion
- Partner with global teams in ahighly collaborative, international environment
- Have real influence oncommercial strategy and customer direction
đź”§ What you will be doing
- Lead sales growth across the region, deliveringstrong double-digit YoY performance
- Identify and winnew OEM customers in advanced manufacturing markets
- Build and grow relationships acrossengineering, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders
- Develop and executestrategic account plans and territory strategies
- Manage a robustsales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Collaborate with technical teams to delivercomplex, high-value solutions
- Represent Novanta atcustomer sites, industry events, and trade shows

- Proven success intechnical B2B sales (5+ years)
- Experience selling intoOEMs with long design cycles
- Strong background inlaser, photonics, optics, additive manufacturing, or precision engineering
- Track record ofwinning new business and growing key accounts
- Ability to engage confidently with bothtechnical and commercial stakeholders
- Astrategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
- Experience working in aglobal, matrix organisation

- Coverage: UK, France, Netherlands
- Travel: ~50% (international)
- Languages: English required, French advantageous
