Client support manager (Romania)

Novakid is an international English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards (Novakid teachers are from the US, UK and other countries). Moreover, we are an advanced IT company of 400+ professionals.

We are looking for aClient support manager with knowledge of Romanian at the advanced / bi-lingual level.

Duties:

• Support users in Romanian, solving problems that arise during the lesson

• Knowledge ofRomanian - Advanced (at least C1/C2);

• Knowledge of English (at least B2, C1+ is better);

• Experience of working in support welcome;

• Experienced PC user;

• Responsibility and care;

• Multi-tasking.
