Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate monthly Study Abroad Information Sessions for undergraduate students
- Meet with students for scheduled or drop-in study abroad advising appointments
- Follow up with prospective study abroad students or applicants
- Assist with organization and planning for faculty led study abroad programs
- Assist with study abroad pre-departure orientation sessions
- Other projects to be assigned may include: create of new study abroad marketing materials, update current program materials in ViaTRM, work with academic departments on matching study abroad courses to NPU curriculum
- Specific duties or additional projects can be tailored to interests of intern; networking opportunities and professional development opportunities can also be provided.
Salary Range: $22.50 per hour
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program
- Study, work, or volunteering abroad experience
- Interest in the field of international education
- Ability to be self-motivated and complete work independently
