Job Summary

We are seeking aSenior Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Operations Lead to join ourERP Center of Excellence (COE) and play a key role inenterprise ERP migrations and harmonization efforts across multiple business units.

This role serves as thefunctional authority for Operational and Shop Floor execution capabilities withinInfor CloudSuite Industrial SaaS, includingInventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Factory Track, and Warehouse Mobility. This role is responsible for drivingstandardization, governance, and scalable solutions as business units migrate from legacy ERP systems into the CSI platform. The position partners closely with Operations leadership, business unit stakeholders, and IT to ensure successful migrations while maintaining operational continuity and financial integrity.

What You’ll Do

ERP COE Leadership & Governance

  • Serve as theCloudSuite Industrial Operations SME within the ERP COE.
  • Define and enforceenterprise standards for operational processes, Factory Track usage, and warehouse mobility.
  • Participate in COE governance forums, including solution design reviews, change control, and SaaS release planning.
  • Balance operational flexibility with COE goals for standardization, scalability, and mobility adoption.

ERP Migrations

  • Act as theOperations functional lead for ERP migrations of business units intoCloudSuite Industrial SaaS.
  • Lead operational discovery and future‑state design covering:
    • Manufacturing processes
    • Inventory and warehouse execution
    • Shop floor data collection
  • Own migration activities related to:
    • Items, BOMs, routings, work centers, and resources
    • Inventory balances, locations, and warehouses
    • Factory Track configurations and transaction mappings
  • Support testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live stabilization, including Factory Track and Warehouse Mobility scenarios.
  • Create reusable migration templates, checklists, and playbooks for future rollouts.

CloudSuite Industrial SaaS Operations Ownership

  • Own functional configuration for CSI SaaS Operational modules, including:
    • Inventory Management
    • Bills of Material (BOM)
    • Routings and Work Centers
    • Shop Floor Control
    • MRP / APS Planning
    • Purchasing and Supply Chain

Factory Track & Shop Floor Execution

  • Serve as theCOE functional lead for Infor Factory Track.
  • Ensure Factory Track configurations align with CSI production, inventory, and costing models.
  • Support deployment, testing, and stabilization of Factory Track during ERP migrations.
  • Partner with Operations leaders to improve shop floor visibility, accuracy, and adoption.

Warehouse Mobility & Inventory Execution

  • Serve as thefunctional owner for CSI Warehouse Mobility.
  • Ensure warehouse mobility solutions align with enterprise inventory and location strategies.
  • Support physical inventory accuracy initiatives and mobile enablement across sites.
  • Lead transition from paper or legacy systems to mobile-driven warehouse execution.

Business Partnership & Solution Architecture

  • Act as a trusted partner to Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Lead operational solution design that integrates core CSI, Factory Track, and Warehouse Mobility.
  • Translate operational requirements into scalable, mobile-enabled CSI SaaS solutions.
  • Provide clear guidance on standard vs site-specific configurations.

Operational Support & Optimization

  • Provide senior-level support for complex production, planning, and inventory issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues spanning configuration, master data, shop floor execution, and warehouse mobility.
  • Partner with vendor technical resources and Infor Support for advanced issue resolution.
  • Establish documentation and knowledge assets for Operations, Factory Track, and Warehouse Mobility.

Reporting, Data & Integrations

  • Govern operational KPIs and reporting related to operational excellence.
  • Ensure data integrity across CSI core modules, Factory Track, and mobile transactions.
  • Partner on integrations usingInfor OS, ION, and APIs with MES, WMS, suppliers, and other operational systems.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • 8+ years of experience withInfor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial, includingCloudSuite Industrial SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading or supportingERP migrations for manufacturing and warehouse operations.
  • Experience working in anERP COE, or shared services model.
  • Manufacturing industry experience supporting multi‑site operations.

• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Canva or similar creative tools
• Strong organization and attention to detail

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Deep understanding of CSI operational data structures and transaction flows.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Production, Inventory and warehouse management
  • Strong analytical skills for operational data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience withInfor OS, ION, and operational integrations.
  • Reporting experience withPower BI, Birst, etc.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Ability to lead migrations across diverse business units with differing maturity levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable driving adoption of mobile technologies on the shop floor and in warehouses.
  • High standards for documentation, governance, and operational discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying CSI, Factory Track, and Warehouse Mobility across multiple sites.
  • Prior role as an Operations ERP Lead, Solution Owner, or COE Architect.
  • Experience integrating CSI with MES or third‑party WMS solutions.
  • APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP) a plus.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree inOperations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
