Scholars Network works with health systems, colleges and universities, and strategic partners to bring health systems and higher education institutions together, providing students opportunities for educational loan repayment upon graduation and employment. The Senior Director of Healthcare Employer Partnerships, Scholars Network plays a critical role in growing our partnerships and revenue. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the accelerated growth and scaling of the Scholars Network. 

Position Overview

The Senior Director of Healthcare Partnerships will focus on building new partnerships and expanding current partnerships that scale the Scholars Network’s impact and revenue. This individual will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Scholars Network to drive net new partnerships with healthcare employers to target closing on >$5M in TCV closed per year. 

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Pipeline & Outreach Leadership

  • Own top-of-funnel outreach by building and continuously improving a repeatable prospecting motion (targeting, sequencing, messaging, and follow-up) to generate qualified meetings with healthcare employers and strategic partners.

  • Manage any external partnerships with demand generation vendors. 

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in CRM, including accurate stage management, activity tracking, forecasting inputs, and clear next steps for every opportunity.

  • Develop account plans for priority prospects and partner organizations; coordinate internal resources to move opportunities forward efficiently.

  • Partner with in-house counsel and other stakeholders to move contracts through review and signature, including redlines, risk flagging, and coordinating approvals.

  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through close, with strategic support from the Senior Vice President (and other team members as needed) 

  • Lead discovery to diagnose employer needs, align Scholars Network solutions to workforce goals, and define success criteria, timelines, and internal stakeholders.

  • Drive internal alignment across teams (operations, finance, program delivery) to ensure proposals are realistic, compelling, and deliverable.

Sales Enablement & Materials Development

  • Develop, iterate, and maintain sales materials (pitch deck, one-pagers, email templates, case studies, ROI narratives, implementation overviews) based on field feedback and performance data.

  • Build and refine talk tracks and discovery frameworks to improve conversion through each stage of the funnel.

  • Capture and synthesize insights from the field such as employer priorities, competitor activity, objections, and pricing signals to inform positioning and partnerships strategy.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase speed-to-close, improve conversion, and support scalable growth.

Proposal, Pricing, and ROI Modeling

  • Iterate on financial models to clearly communicate cash flow, ROI, and workforce impact for employers (e.g., hiring conversion, retention, time-to-fill reduction, cost avoidance vs. traditional recruiting).

  • Translate employer inputs into clear pricing and program structures; propose options and trade-offs to support faster decision-making.

Other Duties

  • Support leadership with ad hoc strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional efforts as assigned.

You have:

  • Knowledge of healthcare education pathways, particularly nursing and allied health
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over results and team outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing or outreach campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and marketing/reporting tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team environment
  • You are able to travel ~10% of the time

$140,000 - $160,000 a year
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in Noodle's commission plan, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
