The North Alliance (NoA) is building a curated freelance network of some of the most exciting creative talent across the Nordics.
We are looking for freelance Copywriters to collaborate across some of the most admired creative, technology and consulting agencies in the Nordics — including Bold,
NoA |Åkestam Holst, NoA Elevate, NoA Ignite, NoA Connect and NoA Consulting.
As part of the NoA Freelance Network, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of creative, content, brand and digital productions for ambitious clients across industries.
The setup
This is not a traditional freelance listing.
We’re building a long-term network of validated freelancers that can quickly be activated across NoA agencies depending on project needs. The setup is flexible, transparent and built for scale:
Pre-negotiated hourly rates
Framework agreements without guaranteed hours
Access to projects across multiple NoA agencies
Long-term relationships rather than one-off gigs
The role
As a freelance Copywriter within the NoA network, you may work across:
Brand campaigns
Social-first content
Digital activations
CRM & lifecycle communication
Scripts for film and motion
Concept development and creative ideation
Always-on communication
Some projects will be highly conceptual and campaign-driven, while others are more production-heavy and execution-focused. We’re looking for people who can move comfortably between both worlds.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for copywriters who:
Can move seamlessly between brand, social, campaign and digital content
Understand how communication changes across platforms and audiences
Combine conceptual thinking with strong execution
Are curious about AI, digital culture and emerging creative formats
Thrive in collaborative environments
Experience from agencies, production studios or in-house creative teams is highly valued.
