Commissioning Manager - Solar PV - KSA

We are hiring an experienced  COMMISSIONING MANAGER forour reputed Company  inSaudi Arabia.

🔹Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage end-to-endtesting & commissioning of Solar PV plants (utility-scale preferred)
✔ Overseegrid synchronization activities in coordination with utility authorities
✔ Ensure compliance withgrid codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
✔ Conductperformance testing, validation, and acceptance procedures
✔ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolvetechnical issues during commissioning phases
✔ Coordinate withengineering, construction, and O&M teams for seamless execution
✔ Review and approvecommissioning procedures, reports, and documentation
✔ Managecommissioning schedules, resources, and subcontractors
✔ Ensure adherence toHSE policies and quality standards

🔹Required Skills & Expertise:

✔ Strong experience inSolar PV commissioning projects (utility-scale preferred)
✔ Proficiency inETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, and SCADA systems
✔ In-depth understanding ofgrid compliance, protection systems & power system studies
✔ Excellentanalytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
✔ Strong leadership andteam management capabilities
✔ Ability to handlemulti-disciplinary coordination in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellentdocumentation, reporting, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 10+ years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on Solar PV / Power projects

• GCC / Middle East experience will be an advantage
