Als Key Account Manager Pharmacy (m/w/*) für den Apothekenkanal innerhalb der Consumer Business Group in der Schweiz und Österreich haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Verhandlung von Jahresvereinbarungen über Preise und Bedingungen sowie Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit.
• Erreichung der vereinbarten jährlichen Finanzziele und aller kundenbezogenen Verkaufs-KPIs für die jeweiligen Kunden.
• Fortlaufende Analyse der Markt- und Kundenentwicklung und genaue Beobachtung des Wettbewerbs, um Wachstumsmöglichkeiten zu abzuleiten.
• Sicherstellung der Umsetzung aller Kategorie- und Markenstrategien auf Kundenebene.
• Abwicklung des operativen Managements der Kunden (Tracking von Prognosen, Bewertung von Werbeaktionen, Analyse der Ein- und Abverkäufe usw.)
• Sicherstellung einer effizienten Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen wie Kundenservice, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain etc.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen 

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder medizinisch-/pharmazeutische Ausbildung
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise im medizinischen Umfeld
• Nachgewiesene Erfolge im Vertrieb und in der Kundenbetreuung
• Starke Analyse- sowie Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

• Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie strategisches Geschick
• Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office und Präsentationstechniken
• Französischkenntnisse
