Junior Recruiting Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Look over candidate profiles from around the world
• Help raise EPAM's profile as an employer while playing a role in sourcing exceptional candidates
• Manage typical administrative responsibilities connected to internal systems, tools, and records
• Work collaboratively alongside a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements

• Solid English communication ability, at minimum a B2 level
• At least one year of professional experience in any capacity, including administrative, sales, or research-driven work
• Ease of use with MS Office programs
• Effective communication skills paired with a natural ability to build rapport
• Strong analytical thinking applied toward reaching well-reasoned decisions
• Adaptable approach and willingness to pivot as circumstances evolve
• Proven capability to juggle competing priorities while meeting deadlines reliably
