Senior C++ Tools and Automation Developer

We are looking for aSenior C++ Engineer to build and evolve automation tools that streamline repetitive work and strengthen delivery pipelines. You will integrate solutions with existing toolchains, debug complex issues, and help shape the technical direction of the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and solutions for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Develop and improve automation solutions, tools, and frameworks for multiple titles
• Integrate new solutions with existing tools and pipelines
• Integrate automation solutions with CI systems and debug pipeline issues
• Debug C++ and C# automation code to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Contribute to the overall technical vision of the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of tools and automation development experience in desktop or console gaming environments or similar roles
• Unreal Engine experience with game development and related workflows
• Strong leadership skills to contribute to the team’s technical vision
• Hands-on CI/build systems experience and troubleshooting capability
• Expert debugging skills in C++ and C#
• Solid command line tools knowledge (for example Cmd or PowerShell)
• Strong version control principles knowledge; Perforce experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• High ownership and accountability mindset
• Self-directed problem-solving ability in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have

• Python proficiency for scripting and automation
• Unreal Engine automation experience
