Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
• Drive the branch's financial performance, sales targets, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and career progression.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Resolve complex customer escalations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in retail banking, branch management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of consumer banking products, wealth management, and operational risk.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Relevant professional certifications in financial advisory and wealth management.
