Night Auditor - The Charter

When the rest of Beaver Creek is winding down, you're just getting started atThe Charter! As aNight Auditor, you'll oversee overnight front desk operations, assist guests, and reconcile the day's financial activity while serving as a dependable presence at the property.

We're looking for someone who works well independently, stays composed when the unexpected happens, and takes pride in getting the details right. If you're looking for a stable overnight role with meaningful responsibility in Beaver Creek, this could be a great fit!

Duties Include:

• Handle the check in/check out process for all guests and owners during the overnight shift.
• Answer the phone professionally and courteously and respond to guest’s requests accordingly.
• Post Charter Steakhouse receipts to the property management system (TRACK).
• Prepare guest Welcome Packets for next-day arrivals, including programming key cards and printing welcome letters and registration cards.
• Passes on information from the overnight shift to the morning Front Desk Agent and make keys for daily arrivals.

Start Date: 10/21/2026

Employment Type: Full Time - Year Round

Pay Rate: $25 - 26/ hour; hiring bonus is paid half after 90 days and the second half after 180 days.

Schedule: 10:00pm - 8:00am. 4 days per week. Off 3 consecutive days per week.

Housing: Housing is not provided for this role.

Our top candidate can legally work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without a specific end date. They are dependable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently overnight. They provide attentive guest service, stay calm when solving problems, and take pride in getting the details right. Hospitality experience is preferred, along with the ability to learn new computer programs and systems quickly and use them confidently.
