THE OPPORTUNITY
The Product Manager will lead the development and execution oflaunch excellence and growth strategies for an assigned portfolio in Singapore. This role is accountable for translating strategy into disciplined, high‑quality execution across the product lifecycle — from launch readiness through sustained performance.
Working closely with cross‑functional partners, the incumbent will drivestrong execution, aligned planning and consistent follow‑through, ensuring plans are delivered on time, to standard, and with measurable business impact.
This role is well‑suited for aresults‑oriented marketer with strong execution discipline, who takes ownership, works effectively in a matrix, and delivers outcomes in complex environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leadend‑to‑end launch excellence planning and execution, including launch readiness, cross‑functional orchestration and post‑launch optimisation
Own development and execution ofbrand strategy and annual operating plans, with clear priorities, milestones and success metrics
Translate strategy intopractical, executable plans, ensuring strong follow‑through and delivery
Partner closely with Sales to ensurefield readiness, aligned priorities and effective execution
Collaborate with cross-functional team (CFT) onintegrated and compliant execution
Track performance, identify execution gaps and drivetimely issue resolution and course correction
Uphold high standards ofquality, compliance and attention to detail across all activities
Demonstrate clear ownership for outcomes, proactively managing risks and dependencies
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Education Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree inPharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or a related field
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum5 years of product management or marketing experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare or a related industry
Experience contributing tomajor launches or critical portfolio initiatives
Strongexecution discipline, with a proven track record of delivering plans end‑to‑end
Solidstrategic thinking, with the ability to convert strategy into operational action
Strongproject management and analytical skills, managing multiple workstreams effectively
Clear, confidentcommunication and stakeholder‑management skills within matrix teams
High standards ofprofessionalism, ethics and compliance, aligned with ways of working
