Namdeb Diamond Corporation invites interested individuals to be part of alluvial mining operations that offer unique challenges for professionals who wish to be part of a world-class operation.

The challenge:

To supervise road construction and maintenance activities, ensuring mine roads and related infrastructure are safe, well maintained, and support efficient mining operations.

The ideal applicant:

• Grade 12 (20 points over 5 subjects, and E in English) OR Senior National Certificate.
• Certificate in Construction – NQF Level 5 will be an added advantage  
• Code 8 driver’s license (Manual Transmission)  
• Minimum three years of experience in supervising a large production team.
• Good understanding of mining operational processes and procedures
• Computer Literate in Ms. Office, Advance Excel and SAP
