Responsibilities:

• Contribute tocore modules and critical components
• Leadcomplex technical problem solving androot cause analysis
• Support team members in resolving technical blockers
• Timely tracking of progress and manage technical risks and dependencies
• Coordinate withClients/client-facing teams forissue resolution
• Address security vulnerabilities and audit findings
• Able to drive technical debt reduction and modernization
• Balance technical excellence with business priorities
• Able to mentor other team members as needed.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in developing and managingcomplex software product
• Excellent working knowledgeof C, C++, Win32 programming, MFC libraries.
• Excellent understanding of windows internals such as process management, memory management and file system
• Must have working experience ofmulti treading & Inter Process Communication
• Comfortable and experienced in usingThird party libraries and STL.
• Proficient in debugging and experience in usingWindbg and/or any other debugging tools
• Good database skills and have experience of working withMS SQL/Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with .Net technologies
• Knowledge of AI tools such asCursor.
• Experience in working in Agile environment.
