Our One-Year Internship Program is designed foryoung talenteager to learn,grow, anddevelop their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. Throughout the program, interns will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, participate inmeaningful projects, and gain valuablehands-on experience.

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Bachelor's/ Master degree in Industrial Management, Electronics, Quality, Mechanics, Logistics and Management;
• Attitude: Curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on mindset.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in portuguese and english 
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity - rotation demands adaptability
