Your Impact & ContributionÂ
As aFinancial OperationsSpecialist, you'll play an important rolein managingcustomer account and balances to meet ourcompliance requirements.Â
You'll assist withtasks includingdailysettlement, chargebacks, accounts in arrears, unclaimed monies and accounts payable activities.Â
You will be required to engage with customersvia email or phonewith empathy andprofessionalism.Â
You'll work closely with teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Risk and Compliance, sharing insights, identifying operational issues and helping improve our processes and customer experience.Â
This is ahands-on role suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, working with financial processes and solving problems. You'll be comfortable working across different priorities, taking ownership of tasks and adapting as Kit continues to grow.Â
Reporting to:Senior Manager Operations & RiskÂ

Your ResponsibilitiesÂ
Manage recurring financial operations accurately and within required timeframes.Â
Manage accounts payable activities, including invoice and transaction processing, reconciliation and payment-related administration.Â
Monitor and action customer account matters, including appropriate follow-up where required.Â
Help resolve customer questions, issues and complaints accurately and efficiently.Â
Escalate more complex issues when needed and help see them through to resolution.Â
Support customers experiencing financial hardship and complete agreed customer check ins.Â
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure activities are completed in line with relevant processes and controls.Â
Identify and escalate issues, discrepancies or risks, while supporting ongoing process improvements.Â
Useinitiative and good judgement when working through new or unclear situations.Â

Your Skills & ExperienceÂ
Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with financial transactions, reconciliations and operational processes.Â
High level of personal accountability, and good organisational skills with the ability to manage regular and recurring tasks.Â
Experience in customer operations role or similar Â
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Â
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve customer and operational issues.Â
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities and processes may change.Â
Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders.Â
Experience with customer support platforms is desirable.Â
Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, accounts payable or digital products is advantageous but not essential.Â
