Revenue Operations Analyst

The Revenue Operations Analyst is dedicated to maximizing the efficiency and impact of our marketing and sales engine. In this role you will serve as the strategic architect of our marketing revenue operations interlock, optimizing the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, managing our marketing cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.Â
You will act as the critical bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.Â
Essential Functions
In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:Â
- Sales & Marketing AlignmentÂ
- Serve as the operational liaison between Sales and Marketing, ensuring consistent lead management, handoff processes, and pipeline hygieneÂ
- Partner with Marketing to optimize lead scoring, campaign attribution, and MQL-to-SQL conversion workflowsÂ
- Support Sales leadership with territory planning, quota setting, and bookings trackingÂ
- Cross-Functional CollaborationÂ
- Work closely with Finance, Deal Desk, and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate marketing deliverables and smooth customer lifecycle handoffsÂ
- Support onboarding of new sales and marketing team members with process documentation and tool trainingÂ
- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by VP of Revenue Operations and SVP of Marketing.Â
- Process OptimizationÂ
- Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end GTM processes, from demand generation through closed-wonÂ
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the sales and marketing funnel to improve efficiency and throughputÂ
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key revenue-generating workflowsÂ
- Forecasting & Planning SupportÂ
- Assist in managing the sales forecast process and pipeline review cadencesÂ
- Support annual and quarterly planning for Sales and Marketing, including headcount modeling, capacity planning, and budget alignmentÂ
- Develop TAM/whitespace analyses and prospect playbooks to support pipeline generation effortsÂ
- Territory Planning & Ownership SupportÂ
- Support annual territory planning efforts by preparing data, validating assignments, and executing approved changes. Â
- Maintain territory and ownership updates throughout the year related to new hires, terminations, and role changes. Â
- Perform day-to-day territory and ownership maintenance across Salesforce, Chili Piper, and other revenue systems. Â
- Ensure accurate ownership and routing for accounts, contacts, leads, and related activities to support sales execution. Â
- Assist with data hygiene efforts by identifying inconsistencies and escalating issues to the Rev Ops Team Lead as needed.Â
- Reporting & AnalyticsÂ
- Liaison with key stakeholder driving requirements for dashboards and reports across Sales and Marketing KPIs using tools such as Salesforce and Power BIÂ
- Own and drive Marketing rhythm of business meetingsÂ
- Support weekly pipeline review meetings, monthly and quarterly marketing business reviews with intelligence-driven insightsÂ
- Technology Stack ManagementÂ
- Serve as a key Product Owner and power user for the Marketing GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and Clay.Â
- Evaluate, implement, and drive adoption of new tools that improve Sales and Marketing effectivenessÂ
- Partner with Systems Team to ensure integrations are functioning correctly and data flows seamlessly across platformsÂ
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Â
- 2â5 years of experience in either Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Project Management, Software sales, SaaS sales, medical field or adjacent experienceÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for data-driven decision-making Â
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences Â
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting both Sales and Marketing functions in a B2B SaaS or technology environment Â
- Proficiency with either Salesforce CRM (required); experience with Gong, Aviso, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms preferred Â
- Demonstrated ability to validate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent toolsÂ
Working Environment/Physical Demands
- General remote work requirements; stable internet, moderate noise levels.Â
- Limited to no regular travel requirementsÂ
- Activities require significant sitting at a desk and computer, with some walking and standing for partner interactions.Â
