The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in conducting implementation activities and executing Nextech CRM standard implementation methodology. Remote super-user training, go-live support and post-go-live optimization. This includes remote training calls, super user training, go-live support, and post go-live optimization. Responsibilities include issue investigation, creative problem solving, and training clients as well as internal staff as needed.Â

Essential Functions
In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:Â
Client Training:Â
- Conduct client training in preparation for Go-Live events, following Nextech CRM’s standard implementation methodology.Â
- Complete practice assessments and workflow analysis guided by industry best practices.Â
- Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on the proper use of software applications.Â
- Train staff in individual and group settings, employing diverse teaching strategies to maximize effectiveness.Â
- Complete administrative tasks to update customers, Project Managers and Department Managers on implementation progress.Â
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.Â
- Issue Resolution and Optimization:Â
- Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and go-live.Â
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization post-go-live.Â
Collaboration:Â
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with client needs.Â
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.Â
- Additional duties as required. Â
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically CRM software implementationÂ
- 1 year of GoHighLevel (GHL) software experienceÂ
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships & influence behaviorÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Excellent time management and organization skillsÂ
- Proven ability to solve problems creativelyÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of or applicable experience in one of Nextech’s main medical specialtiesÂ
- Knowledge of workflow of a Medical ClinicÂ
- Understanding of HIPAA and PHIÂ
- Technical Background in CRM or GHLÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in related fieldÂ
