What you will do:

• Provide customer support viaphone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions aboutmobile services, home internet, and TV.
• Help with SIM card activation, internet setup, TV installation, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
• Identify opportunities forcross-selling and upselling (full training provided).
• Maintain accurate customer records and work closely with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

What you will bring:

• Native-levelDutch (C2) and goodEnglish (B1+).
• EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending additional products or services.
• Basic technical understanding and good computer skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
