We’re seeking a skilled Systems/ Cloud Operations Engineer to join our client'sDigital Transformation Engineering Team.
The role is strongly hands-on and involves daily operations across Microsoft technologies, on-premises infrastructure, and hybrid cloud environments, supporting digital transformation initiatives.

📌 Location: Athens (North)

📍 Working Model: Hybrid

Reporting to: IT & Observability Services Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintainautomation and reporting tasks (PowerShell, MS Graph, Power Platform, Active Directory, Entra ID).
• Support and administerMicrosoft Cloud services (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Fabric, Foundry, Azure).
• Participate incloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in Systems, Cloud / Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Microsoft certifications –at least one of AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, PL-400, GH-100, GH-200.
• Good understanding of networking, security, storage, and backup technologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Nice to Have 

• Experience with Windows and Linux containerization and virtualization.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, Dynatrace.
• Experience working with IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) for incident and change management processes
