With an extensive list of machines used in a variety of innovative industries, NETZSCH is renowned as the longest standing provider of horizontal bead mills, and as an innovator in the field of fine grinding and dispersing.
We are looking to hire aDigital Marketing Intern to work directly with the North American Marketing Manager onreal campaigns, analytics, and sales enablement initiatives—helping drive measurable business results. This is a part-time position, 10-15 hours per week, with a mostly flexible schedule. Â
If you’re interested in data-driven marketing, AI tools, and process improvement, this role gives you hands-on experience from day one.
You’ll Assist With:
Campaign ExecutionÂ
Build and launch email and LinkedIn campaignsÂ
Support targeting, segmentation, and performance trackingÂ
Help improve campaign performance over timeÂ
Analytics & ReportingÂ
Track key KPIs (open rates, CTR, engagement, leads)Â
Build dashboards and summarize weekly performanceÂ
Support executive-level reportingÂ
Content & CreativeÂ
Develop newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and marketing assetsÂ
Create clean, professional visuals aligned with brand standardsÂ
Edit and proofread content for clarity and accuracyÂ
Sales EnablementÂ
Support follow-ups from trade shows and customer interactionsÂ
Help create sales materials tailored to applications and equipmentÂ
Assist with Customer Portal and digital engagement initiativesÂ
Marketing OperationsÂ
Maintain and clean contact databasesÂ
Support lead generation tools and workflowsÂ
Identify ways to improve efficiency and automate tasksÂ
What We’re Looking ForÂ
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldÂ
Strong attention to detail and organizationÂ
Analytical mindset with interest in performance dataÂ
Clear written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Comfortable working in a technical/industrial environmentÂ
Skills (Preferred, Not Required)Â
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Â
Email marketing platformsÂ
