Pride Health is hiring aNetwork Engineerto support our client's healthcare facility inEau Claire, WI.
 
Job Details: 
Schedule:40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
Location:  Eau Claire, WI – 54703 (Onsite)
Float / Coverage Area:
Job Type:Local contract
Contract Length: 12-month contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Range:$530.00 to $560.00 per day on W2*
Mileage Reimbursement Rate(if applicable): N/A

Duties: 
  • Configure, install, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Deploy and supportCisco Catalyst C9000 switches and C8000 routers.
  • Support access and distribution layer network deployments.
  • Troubleshoot network issues using theOSI model (Layers 1–3).
  • Participate in network architecture, technology selection, and infrastructure planning.
  • Lead small network projects and coordinate internal/external resources.
  • Document configurations, project activities, and technical solutions.
  • Communicate project status and technical information to stakeholders.
  • Support network implementations and troubleshoot critical issues.
Requirements: 
  • Education: 
  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years professional technical experience; or Associate's degree + 4 years experience.
  • License(s): N/A
  • Certification(s):  
  • Years of experience: 
  • Strong 4+ years ofNetwork Engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience withCisco switches and routers.
  • Experience withCisco Catalyst C9000 switches.
  • Experience withCisco Catalyst C8000 routers.
  • Strong understanding ofOSI Layers 1–3 and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with access and distribution layer infrastructure.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
  • Skills/Specialties/Technology:
  • MEC (Multi-Chassis EtherChannel) experience.
  • SD-WAN deployment or administration experience.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring/management tools.
