Job Description:
· Regular shift: 2:00–11:00 p.m. Eastern, with a one-hour lunch.
· Weekend flexibility required; schedule may be Saturday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Sunday.
· Training is expected to occur on first shift, typically 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, for approximately three weeks.
Network Operations role supporting the Client Network, Diners Club, and Pulse across 500+ global sites, several hundred VPN connections, and network hubs; fully remote with no location preference.

- Secure CRT and the ability to navigate Cisco devices are must-haves. Riverbed, SolarWinds, Splunk, VLAN/tunneling experience, Ansible, scripting, automation, and AI experience are advantages; the team provides training on its in-house monitoring system and other tools.
