NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and services, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and related systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune.
• Administer Hyper-V virtualization environments and related infrastructure.
• Support Azure resources and hybrid cloud services.
• Manage storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, wireless networks, VLANs, Firewalls, and VPN connectivity.

• Monitor system and network health and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Administer and support Linux servers.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability remediation, access controls, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years supporting server, infrastructure, or networking environments.
• Mid-level industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Associate-level certifications, or equivalent credentials.
• Experience with server and network infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Linux system administration experience.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Experience with enterprise storage, backup, and monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and security best practices.
