As anAI Engineer, you will play a crucial role indriving innovation and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems. Your job's key responsibilities are:

• Designing and implementingend-to-end Generative AI solutions,AI agents, andRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to address business challenges and opportunities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, providing technical expertise, and deliveringscalable and robust AI solutions

• Conductingresearch and evaluation of emergingAI models,agentic frameworks, anddevelopment kits

• Workingindependently on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions

• Conductingdirect client communication to understand their needs andtailor AI-driven solutions accordingly

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of experience inApplied AI orMachine Learning in the industry

• Proficiency in buildingGenerative AI andAgentic applications at scale, with expertise in usingagentic frameworks,vector databases,grounding, and other relevant concepts

• Direct experience or strong familiarity withagent development(LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agno)

• Proven experience inresearch and evaluation of emergingAI technologies,models, andframeworks

• Extensive knowledge ofCloud AI offerings on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS or Azure), includingready-to-use AI services,AutoML approaches, andcustom model development

• Strong and assertivecommunication skills

• Passion forkeeping up with industry trends and advancements inGenerative AI andagentic systems

Beneficial Skills:

• Hands-on experience with theGoogle Cloud AI/ML stack (e.g.,Vertex AI,Gemini Models,Vector Search)

• Experience withAI evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAs, LangSmith),writing integration tests, and establishingrobust validation strategies for Generative AI and agentic applications

• Knowledge ofDocker andKubernetes

• Familiarity withCI/CD processes forMLOps/AIOps

• A/B testing expertise for AI models and applications
