.NET Developer

Location: within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC - 3 days on site mandatory in a week

Pay Range: $60-$65/Hr.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 from Day 1

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated .NET Developer with strong hands-on development skills across the full stack. In this role, you will take ownership of independent development activities, analyze complex business requirements, and deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in an Agile environment and possesses deep expertise in modern .NET technologies, RESTful APIs, and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Own the design, development, debugging, and troubleshooting of scalable applications independently.

• Technical Problem Solving: Analyze new business and technical requirements, propose innovative architectural solutions, and implement them effectively.

• Database Management: Perform database development, write complex SQL queries, conduct data analysis, and tune performance.

• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex analytical challenges, focusing on data analysis and application/database performance bottlenecks.

• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Release Management: Utilize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts and version control tools to ensure smooth, reliable code delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.

• Core Technologies: Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Angular.

• API Development: Extensive hands-on experience designing and building RESTful Web APIs.

• Database Expertise: Deep operational knowledge of enterprise databases (SQL development, tuning, and data analysis).

• Version Control: Proficiency with source control tools (Bitbucket, GitHub, Git, or TFS).

• Methodology: Proven track record of success within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Core Competencies: Excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of software design principles, and a high degree of self-direction.
