Lead/Senior Business Analyst- Life Science + Vibe Coding

We are seeking a forward-thinking, technically curiousLead/Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Life Sciences domain and a strong passion for AI-driven innovation. This role goes beyond traditional requirements gathering and specification writing, bridging the gap between business strategy and rapid technological execution. The ideal candidate can understand complex life-sciences workflows and translate them into working, tangible prototypes using modern GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly build proofs of concept.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations to understand complex business workflows
• Translate business needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications
• Leverage GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly build Proof of Concepts
• Drive stakeholder alignment throughout the requirement gathering and solution validation process
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery of AI-driven solutions
• Evaluate AI Agents frameworks and recommend suitable approaches for business problems
• Validate prototypes with end users and refine based on feedback
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
• Support the adoption of vibe coding practices across the business analysis function

Requirements

• 7-15 years of overall experience in IT, with a strong background in Business Analysis
• Expertise in Requirement Gathering, BRD, and FRD documentation
• Skills in Stakeholder Management and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of AI Agents Framework and GenAI tools for rapid prototyping
• Background in Life Sciences domain, including Molecular Biology concepts
• Proficiency in vibe coding using low-code/no-code platforms and LLM assistants
• Familiarity with life-sciences workflows such as R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations
