Lead/Senior Business Analyst- Life Science + Vibe Coding

We're looking for an innovative and technically inquisitiveLead/Senior Business Analyst who brings deep Life Sciences domain knowledge along with genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions. This position extends past conventional requirements gathering and documentation duties, connecting business strategy with fast-paced technical delivery. The successful candidate will grasp intricate life sciences processes and convert them into functional, real-world prototypes by utilizing contemporary GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to quickly develop proofs of concept.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations to grasp intricate business processes
• Convert business requirements into well-defined BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications
• Utilize GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to swiftly develop Proof of Concepts
• Foster stakeholder consensus throughout requirement collection and solution validation phases
• Lead Agile ceremonies and enable iterative rollout of AI-powered solutions
• Assess AI Agent frameworks and suggest appropriate strategies for addressing business challenges
• Test prototypes with end users and improve them based on their input
• Serve as the connection point between business and technical teams to confirm solution viability
• Champion the integration of vibe coding methods within the business analysis team

Requirements

• 7-15 years of combined IT experience, with substantial expertise in Business Analysis
• Proficiency in Requirement Gathering, BRD, and FRD documentation
• Strong capabilities in Stakeholder Management and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of AI Agents Framework and GenAI tools for fast prototyping
• Experience within the Life Sciences sector, including familiarity with Molecular Biology concepts
• Competency in vibe coding through low-code/no-code platforms and LLM assistants
• Exposure to life-sciences processes such as R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations
