Lead/Senior Business Analyst- Life Science + Vibe Coding

We're looking for an innovative and technically inquisitiveLead/Senior Business Analyst who possesses extensive Life Sciences domain knowledge and enthusiasm for AI-powered solutions. This position extends past conventional documentation and requirements-gathering duties, connecting business strategy with fast-paced technical implementation. The successful applicant will grasp intricate life sciences processes and convert them into functional prototypes by utilizing contemporary GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms for quick proof-of-concept development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations stakeholders to grasp intricate business processes
• Convert business requirements into well-defined BRDs, FRDs, and functional documentation
• Utilize GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to swiftly develop Proof of Concepts
• Ensure stakeholder consensus is maintained during requirement collection and solution testing phases
• Lead Agile ceremonies and enable incremental rollout of AI-based solutions
• Assess various AI Agent frameworks and propose fitting strategies for business challenges
• Test prototypes alongside end users and enhance them based on input received
• Serve as the connection point between business and technical teams to confirm solution viability
• Champion the integration of vibe coding methods within the business analysis discipline

Requirements

• 7-15 years combined IT experience, with substantial expertise in Business Analysis
• Proficient in BRD and FRD documentation along with Requirement Gathering practices
• Strong capabilities in Agile methodologies and Stakeholder Management
• Understanding of GenAI tools and AI Agents Framework for fast prototyping
• Experience within the Life Sciences sector, encompassing Molecular Biology fundamentals
• Skilled in vibe coding through low-code/no-code platforms and LLM assistants
• Understanding of life-sciences processes including R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations
