We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Colleagues to join our Team as 

People & Culture Consultant, Hungary (she/he)

This roles concentrates around Human Resources topics, building the winning culture and supporting business effectively. Duties will be related to Hungarian organisation, with a possibility to grow and support other countries potentially e.g. Romania.

The essence of the positions/Country Level Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, coordinate EB actions
• Conduct employee onboarding activities/Buddy Program and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of Company HR policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management in the respective countries
• Act as a first point of contact for local payroll vendor, providing the payroll data, checking timesheets, outstanding holidays, etc.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits (Employee Experience)
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Qualified to or working towards local Diploma level on HR

Experience:

3-4 years’ experience in HR related role, being involved both in soft HR and payroll activities

Other attributes:

Good knowledge of English and country respective languages to the area they are to support.

Strong and passionate voice of HR; well-developed “people” skills, good time and task management, good written and verbal communication skills and good PC skills. Engaged in recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines, having in-depth knowledge of local labor regulations.

Key Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role in a multinational company
• Good knowledge of English and Hungarian– written and spoken
• Romanian language knowledge a big asset but not a must!!!
• Knowledge of relative labour laws and regulations
• Good understanding of the full recruitment process and previous experience in recruiting for different roles
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and organize own work and respond to Employees HR related requests
• Ability to self-initiate actions & overcoming problems
• Solution driven
