🛠 What you’ll do

• Conductapartment inspections before check-ins and after check-outs (using a mobile checklist)
• Take clear photos and document unit condition
• Handlekey pickups/drop-offs and simple delivery tasks
• Performbasic fixes (e.g., replacing batteries, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups)
• Troubleshoot simple issues like WiFi resets or access problems
• Support last-minute tasks to keep apartments guest-ready

• Maintenance or handyman experience (a plus, not required)

✅ Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items (~30 lbs)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using mobile apps, Slack, and basic digital tools
• Strong attention to detail (photos + notes are key)
• Availability on weekdays and/or weekends
