Industrial Performance Manager Digitalization of Operations (m/w/d)

As an Industrial Performance Manager in Digitalization of Operations, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of digital solutions in our customers' production processes. You will work closely with various customer teams to increase their process efficiency and promote their operational excellence.

• Development and implementation of strategies for the digitalization of production processes.
• Management of process optimization projects using digital tools and methods.
• Analyzing operational data to identify and implement potential improvements.
• Working with IT to ensure that operational systems and infrastructures remain modern and efficient.
• Training and supporting teams in the use of new digital technologies and processes.

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Sound professional experience in the industry with a focus on digitalization and operations.
• Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
