Requisites :-
Education: Postgraduate or a bachelorâs degree with relevant experience in Operations
Experience (years): Graduate with 2-4 years of experience Location: Mumbai - Airoli, Bangalore, Pune
Working Hours: 8.5 hours (Singapore / Australia Shift)
Role Requirements:
â˘This position currently requires Work from Home during Australia / Singapore Shift as per project needs.
â˘The candidate must be flexible to travel based on business requirements during this period.
â˘There may be a prepone in shift timing, which will be reviewed post-transition. Following the transition, the role will shift to a Hybrid Work from Office model, in alignment with company
Role Summary:
The individual will oversee the general accounting process in the NEC for all country units.
â˘Must have proven experience in RTR process preferably in a shared service environment managing a team of executives ranging from entry to experienced individuals
â˘Strong attention to detail, organised and results orientated
â˘Good working knowledge of Finance processes
â˘Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â˘Exposure to SAP Finance s relevant modules
â˘RTR process re-engineering and project management skills
â˘Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
â˘Overall Project/Task description
â˘Ensure timely and accurate financial closing activities
â˘Oversee GL entries, reconciliations, and adjustments. Prepare and post standard and complex journal entries
â˘Perform periodic reconciliations of balance sheet and PsL accounts
â˘Calculate and post accruals for expenses and provisions based on business inputs
â˘Update SAP fixed asset module with asset details (with respect to correct category, block of asset, put to use date, location of asset and life of asset)
â˘Perform depreciation run and reconciliation activity as per defined procedures
â˘Process routine journal entries for book closing, disposal of asset and others
â˘Respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner
â˘Create data trackers for supporting monitoring activities
â˘Record and process intercompany invoices, payments, and journal entries in accordance with company policies.
â˘Perform monthly intercompany account reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.
â˘Coordinate with internal teams to reconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies.
â˘Prepare and analyse intercompany reports for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
â˘Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
â˘Maintain intercompany agreements and ensure transactions are aligned with transfer pricing policies.
â˘Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls related to intercompany processes.
â˘Perform and review reconciliations for key accounts to ensure integrity
â˘Work with finance, tax, treasury, and business units to resolve issues
â˘Respond to queries and requests from management or other departments
â˘Proactively communicate and escalate unresolved intercompany issues to management.
â˘Ensure all SLA and KPI are properly managed.
â˘Provide various audit support during internal and external audit.
â˘Good understanding on the end-to-end month ends close activities
