Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Development
  • Own and executeend‑to‑end design, development for telecom software solutions.
  • Translate customer requirements into high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
  • Implement industrybest practices, including secure coding, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Programming & Tools
  • Strong hands‑on experience inC/C++ development.
  • Experience withCI/CD automation pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
• Telecom Domain Expertise
  • Experience working inTelecom.
  • Good understanding ofPacket Core components, architectures, and protocols.
• Agile Delivery
  • Actively participate inAGILE/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.
• Leadership & Mentoring
  • Although an individual contributor role, the candidate should proactivelyguide and mentor team members whenever needed.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, solution reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience inTelecom software development
• Strong programming skills in C/C++
• Knowledge ofPacket Core
• Agile development experience
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
• Ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision
