• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Life Sciences, Biomedical.
• Relevant experience in clinical applications or OT support withinNeurosurgery, ENT, or Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
• Hands-on experience attending surgeries and interacting with surgeons in the operating room.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in delivering product demonstrations and clinical presentations.

• Willingness to travel extensively acrossNorth India (approximately50–60% travel).

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and service teams.
 

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical application support by attending operating room (OT) procedures and assisting surgeons during product demonstrations and clinical cases.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales product presentations, clinical training, and user education to healthcare professionals.
• Support the sales team in product evaluations, installations, and customer onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders by providing excellent clinical support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
