About Team

The Senior Analyst – Pro & Services Finance will support thePro business, one of Lowe’s largest and most strategically important growth areas.

Pro represents a$30B+ annual business and serves professional customers across multiple customer segments, geographies, products, and fulfillment channels. The role provides significant exposure to business performance management, customer analytics, financial diagnostics, strategic initiatives, and automation. We are looking for someone who canhit the ground running, operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.

This role is well suited for an individual who combines strong financial and analytical thinking with technical capabilities and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, margin, and plan performance acrosslocations, products, customers, channels, and other business dimensions to identify underlying performance drivers.
• Leadad hoc analyses, diagnostics, and strategic deep dives in response to emerging business questions and leadership priorities.
• Translate ambiguous business problems intostructured analytical frameworks, identify the right datasets and methodologies, and drive analysis through completion.
• Developsales and margin decomposition models to explain performance and quantify key drivers, opportunities, and risks.
• Perform customer-level analytics includingsegmentation, benchmarking, behavioral trends, retention, and opportunity identification.
• Partner closely with SSCM Finance and business stakeholders to providedecision-enabling insights and recommendations.
• Build, enhance, and maintainPower BI dashboards and analytical tools, including robust data models, DAX measures, and intuitive visualizations.
• UseSQL and Python to work with large datasets, conduct advanced analysis, validate data, and improve analytical efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring processes and developscalable, zero-touch reporting and analytical solutions.
• Support planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and other FP&A activities as required.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, focusing not only onwhat happened, but alsowhy it happened, what it means, and what actions should be considered.
• Independently manage deliverables and stakeholder expectations while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Education Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analytics, financial reporting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withPython for analytics, automation, or data manipulation.
• Experience withPower Automate or other workflow automation tools.
• Prior experience in retail, customer analytics, commercial finance, sales finance, or business performance management.
• Experience developing automated reporting orzero-touch analytical solutions.
• Exposure to customer segmentation, pricing, sales productivity, margin analytics, or performance diagnostics.
